Know the Rules

General Rules

tl;dr: Don't be a degenerate.Abide by the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, etc. of every platform used by Krynd42.
Respect Krynd42, the moderation team, and those in the community.Generally act like an adult. Nearly all of my content is marked as Mature, so if you're under 18 or an adult who is not of legal mental capacity, you shouldn't be watching it. If you are disruptive, you will be banned.

Financial Rules

You must be 18+ and of legal capacity to make a purchase (give a tip, buy merch, or become a subscriber or patron). By making a purchase, you grant consent to the payment processor to handle your payment information and complete the transaction. Except as required by law, all purchases are final and are non-refundable. Fake purchases or scams will result in an instant permanent ban. All chargebacks shall be disputed.Except as otherwise noted:* Purchases are considered a gratuity for services rendered (entertainment)
* Purchases are not tax-deductible
* Making a purchase shall not exempt you from any of the rulesWhile reasonable efforts will be made to thank the purchaser for their purchase, it shall not be considered a requirement to do so, whether at the time of the purchase or at a later time.Abuse of one of the purchasing systems (e.g. posting offensive content in a message attached to a tip) shall result in a ban.

Stream Rules

* English only. While I'm familiar with multiple languages, I am only fluent in English. Since I'm responsible for moderating my chat, and we don't have universal translators, I need to be 100% certain that you aren't writing something offensive.
* No requests for medical advice. I am not a licensed healthcare provider and am not qualified to provide medical advice. Use !halp or !shelp for more information and links to some resources.
While I wish to remain supportive, repeated requests for mental health help or statements concerning self-harm or similar activities will result in a ban. I'm not your therapist, I'm just a dude on the Internet.* No self-promotion. Promoting my other content to other members is permitted ;)* No spamming the chat, typing in all-caps, etc. Exceptions for emotes and stream-appropriate meme spam ("F's in the chat", etc.)* Links are enabled in the chat, but malicious or NSFW/NSFL links are not permitted* No demands.
This includes requests that I play a certain game (game requests will be taken under advisement), play a game with a particular style (no backseat gaming), invites to play a game (use !invite and read the About section for more rules on invites), grant someone moderator status (I'll reach out to a regular viewer when the time comes to add a mod), create a particular video, etc.* No repeated or intrusive inquiries about someone's personal life, threats of doxxing, etc.Jokes, memes, etc. are permitted. Trolling, griefing, etc. is not permitted.

Serious rule violations will result in an instant ban, even if it is only your first offense. The following will always result in an instant ban:* Being an underage viewer or roleplaying as one*
* NSFW/NSFL links
* Fake tips
* Scams
* Doxxing attempts
* Ban evasionYou may appeal your ban through the following Unban Request Form: https://forms.gle/qnCrDexzvXLacTxaAUnban requests will be considered by our moderation team. If your ban is upheld, you may re-file the unban request and one of our staff members will address it. You cannot appeal a ban upheld by a staff member.
